Q47F Worm Gearbox Cast Flange Ball Valve
Q47F\ Q347F\ Q647F\ Q947F series trunnion ball valves are high performance ball valves, suitable for long pipeline or general industry pipeline, with advantage of high strength, safety, resistance to bad environment, suitable for corrosive and noncorrosive medium. Medium pressure will been transferred to bearing, will not push ball towards valve seat, and the valve seat will not bear high pressure, which makes fixed ball valve have the advantage of low torque, small valve seat deformation, tightly sealing and long service lifetime. Suitable for high pressure and large diameter working condition. Fixed valve have two valve seats, can be well sealed bi-directionally, so there is no direction limit for installation, valve is bi-directional.
Fixed ball valve has the structure of 2 pieces and 3 pieces, middle flanges are connected by bolts. Reinforced PTFE is set into stainless steel ring as valve seat, spring is set at the back of stainless steel ring to ensure valve seat stick ball tightly. Full bore designed: Valve fluid path diameter is the same to pipeline diameter. Easy for pipeline cleaning.
Available actuator: Manual, Worm gear, Motorized and Pneumatic. Suitable for pipeline with PN 1.0-4.0MPa, temperature -29-180℃(seal ring is Reinforced PTFE) or -29-300℃(seal ring is PPL), to cut off or connect medium in pipeline. Different material ball valve can be suitable for water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid and so on.
